I like all purchases to be checked out and paid for within 5 working days of purchase or auction end, unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed with me.
I will accept combined payments for multiple purchases made within 10 days of each other, please do let me know if you wish to do this, I will then know when to send your invoice.
UK Buyers: Payment can be made by PayPal, postal order or cheque (cheques to clear prior to despatch).
US/Overseas Buyers: I prefer Paypal payment, although can accept other methods as long as the payment is in GBP sterling, I regret I cannot accept foreign cash or cheques.
Please contact me via my messages or by emailwith any payment queries or order requirements.
All orders and despatch details are confirmed by email which will also appear in your 'my messages' folder.
!! REMEMBER !! ...
A Postage and Packing charge covers ALL the costs involved in despatching:
Actual postage cost
Packaging, such as envelopes/jiffy bags/parcel tape/labels etc
Time involved in packing, wrapping and labelling ready for despatch
Time and costs involved in taking post to the Post Office, including fuel
DON'T WANT TO MISS AN ITEM BUT STILL WAITING FOR PAY DAY ..
Most of us at some time have more month left than money and your payment can be delayed by arrangement with me ...
As mentioned above I usually like payment to be made within 5 working days but by prior arrangement I can wait a little while longer. Please contact me to agree your guaranteed payment date, then go ahead and purchase. I will send an invoice confirming the details and then a reminder invoice on the agreed payment date(terms & conditions will apply for items left unpaid 7 days from the agreed payment date).
Save on Postage...
Make the most of postage and packing discounts on multiple purchases..
Although all the listings quote individual postage and packing costs when purchasing more than one item to be sent to the same address this can very often be combined, making the costs cheaper per item.
A good reason to get together with family and friends > buy together and save on postage and packing, it very often works out cheaper per item the more you buy!Large purchases can be sent by courier (orders will be sent to the payers' address).
You may contact me for a final postage and packing cost prior to purchase, or request 'total amount to pay' when you checkout, I will then send an invoice to include any discount available to you.
I will automatically apply any discounts applicable for multiple purchases.
Combining postage and packing may not always be possible with some of the larger items, where they may need to be packed and posted individually due to size and weight, especially when sending overseas.
Despatch
I try to despatch twice a week, details of which can usually be found on the 'ask seller a question' page. If your order is urgent please check that I will be able to get it to you for when you need it, I will do my best to accommodate a request.
Limited compensation cover is included on all orders in the rare event that your item is damaged or lost during transit, please see my terms and conditions page for more information.
Meditation
(meaning:to exercise the mind in contemplation)
There are many ways to meditate; whilst focusing on a candle or object of your choice, to music, with a crystal or in the bath, to name a few.Choose whichever method you are comfortable with.
It may not be possible to slip into a deep meditative state when meditating for the first time. This is not unusual, it may take a little practice and patience.Don’t despair if you do not find meditating easy to begin with, persevere and you will reap the rewards.
The best time to meditate is when you will not be disturbed, unplug the telephone and if necessary tell everyone you do not want to be interrupted.
Make sure you are warm and comfortable.Avoid wearing restrictive clothing. You can wrap a blanket around you in case you become cold whilst meditating and surround yourself with cushions for more comfort.
Sit comfortable, either on the floor or a chair, ideally cross-legged on cushions.Sit upright with your spine straight, this helps you connect with the earth and your energies to flow freely.
Meditating with a Quartz Crystal
You can either hold your crystal or place it on the table or floor in front of you, with your hands in your lap.
Focus on your crystal, noticing its beauty, shape and colour. If you are holding it also become aware of how it feels and it’s weight.Feel yourself absorbing it’s warmth and energies.
Close your eyes and become more aware of your breathing, taking a few deep breaths from your abdomen (inhale to the count of 4, hold your breath to the count of 2, exhale to the count of 4).Continue your breathing in this way until your mind is free from any turbulence, gently releasing any thoughts that may pop into your head.
Feel your body overflow with the healing energies of your crystal as you inhale, feeling the tension disappear from your body as you exhale.
Let yourself slip deeper into your meditative state, feel your energy field expanding and filling with the energies from your crystal.Imagine you are becoming part of your crystal, letting your energy field and that of your crystal merge.
Whilst in your meditative state you may wish to ask your crystal a question (the first thing that comes into your mind will be the answer), or you may wish to imagine yourself entering and exploring your crystal.
Remain in your meditative state for as long as you wish. When you are ready to return from it, start to become aware of your body and your contact with the earth, moving your fingers and toes a little, become aware of your surroundings.
If, when you open your eyes you feel a little spaced out, not grounded, sit with your feet flat on the floor holding a grounding stone, such as Smokey Quartz, Black Tourmaline or Tigers Eye and imagine roots growing from your feet into the earth.Do this for a few minutes or until you feel grounded.
You may wish to write down your experience after meditation, ie; any impressions or guidance you may have been given. However insignificant they may seem don’t just dismiss them.
